⚖ EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE
1. PARTIES
This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between:
DREMMAC COMPANY (DResource Extraction Manufacturing Mining Association & Co.) (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”)
AND
(hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
2. BACKGROUND
A. The Employer is of the opinion that the Employee has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to assist and benefit the Employer in its business.
B. The Employer desires to employ the Employee and the Employee has agreed to accept and enter into such employment upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
3. COMMENCEMENT & TERM
1. The Employee will commence full-time employment on the Commencement Date entered in this form.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated in accordance with its terms.
4. JOB TITLE & DESCRIPTION
1. The initial job title of the Employee will be the position stated in the offer letter.
2. The initial job duties the Employee is expected to perform will be communicated by the Employer.
3. The Employee will perform all duties as requested by the Employer that are reasonable and customarily performed by a person holding a similar position.
4. The Employer may make changes to the job title or duties where reasonable. Changes may be made by mutual agreement or after notice as required by law.
5. The Employee agrees to abide by the Employer's rules, regulations and policies, including those concerning work schedules, vacation and sick leave, as adopted or modified.
5. COMPENSATION
Compensation paid to the Employee will include a wage at the rate of . Compensation or salary may increase.
This compensation is payable every week while this Agreement is in force. The Employer may deduct any lawful deductions.
Any additional remuneration (bonuses, commissions, incentives) will be at the sole discretion of the Employer.
The Employee will reimburse reasonable business expenses in accordance with company policy upon submission of valid receipts.
Normal Hours of Work: The Employee may be required to work additional hours as necessary to meet business needs.
6. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS & COMPENSATION ADDENDUM
A. PROFIT-SHARING PLAN (PSP)
In addition to your weekly salary, the company offers a Profit-Sharing Plan. A portion of the profits generated from your work will be deposited into a dedicated account in your name.

- It is completely separate from your salary.
B. COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES
You may earn additional income through commissions and performance-based bonuses based on your achievements and results.
C. COMPANY-PROVIDED TOOLS & GADGETS
To support your work, the company will provide all necessary tools, devices, and equipment.
- Delivered directly to your location.
- Registered in your name.
- Remain your property even after employment ends.
TRAINING COMPENSATION
Employee will earn extra $20 per hour for completion of training.
D. VACATION
15. The Employee will be entitled to two (2) weeks of paid vacation each year during the term of this Agreement, or as limited by law, whichever is greater.
16. The times and dates for any vacation will be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
17. Upon termination of employment, the Employer will compensate the Employee for any accrued but unused vacation.
E. DUTY TO DEVOTE FULL TIME
18. The Employee agrees to devote full-time efforts, as an employee of the Employer, to the duties and obligations described in this Agreement.
F. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
19. During the term of the Employee's employment, any business opportunity relating to or similar to the Employer's actual or anticipated business operations (except personal investments under 5% equity, established family businesses, real estate, or publicly traded securities) is an opportunity belonging to the Employer. The Employee will advise the Employer and will not pursue such opportunity without written consent.
20. The Employee will not engage in any other business activities that conflict with the best interests of the Employer without written consent.
G. CONTRACT BINDING OPPORTUNITY
21. The Employee will not have authority to enter into any contracts or commitments for or on behalf of the Employer without express written consent.
H. TERMINATION DUE TO DISCONTINUANCE OF BUSINESS
22. If the Employer discontinues operations at the location where the Employee is employed, this Agreement may terminate as of the last day of the month in which operations cease, with the same effect as if that date was the agreed termination date.
